What is HMS?
HMS is a Hospital management system from where management of all hospital related activity can be possible. In any hospital generally requires to manage the patient’s records, doctors, nurses and other staff records, medicines stock and availability, ward availability, bed availability as well financial activities.
To perform these activities require different user rights for access the relevant sections in the software and not all the system, For example when Hospital admin login into system they have rights to access the all sections of system while any doctor login into system then they can access only patient management, medicine management related module. Same thing applies for other types of users of the system. HMS provides all these facilities to create different types of user’s management and perform activities using single website.
What includes HMS?
HMS website designed such a way that it can be used by single hospital or group of multiple hospitals. There are different types of user can create in the system and assign particular role for the system.
There are different types of users can create like superadmin, admin, doctor, nurse, pharmacist, laboratorist and account.

The HMS offers a way to manage all hospital related activity like staff management, doctor management, patient management, medicine management, laboratory management and account management.
This SaaS base model offers management of multiple hospitals and record management of employee as well patients as per hospital.

There is common login screen for all types of users which use the system.

There is one Super admin account created when default data script run which is below :

Password : 123456
Login with super admin account and change email / password.
After Login here you can create hospital and admin for the hospital.
This section provides option to create and manage hospital details.
This section list all the hospitals added into the system. Super admin can search particular hospital from search box, can change the status or delete hospitals from top action buttons.

This section allow to create or edit hospitals record. All the fields which mentioned with asterik (*) sign are mandatory.
This page contains fields such as Hospital Name, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zipcode, Email, Phone, Fax and Status.

This section allows to create and manage of different users of the system.
Super Admin can create Admin users and assign to particular hospital to manage complete hospital and different users for the hospital.

Nurse record can be created by Hospital admin. Admin can setup password for nurse to login into system and manage activity related to that account role.

Laboratorist record can be created by Hospital admin. Admin can setup password for laboratorist to login into system and manage activity related to that account role.

Pharmacist record can be created by Hospital admin. Admin can setup password for pharmacist to login into system and manage activity related to that account role.

Accountant record can be created by Hospital admin. Admin can setup password for accountant to login into system and manage activity related to that account role.

This section allows to create the doctor record and account for login to the system. Hospital admin can manage the records for the all doctors of hospital.
This section list all the doctors of the hospital.

This section allows to create and edit the doctor record.

This section allows to manage the patients records. Doctor can create new patient or modify existing patient record. Doctor can manage record of patient check up history, medicine prescription and diagnosis report.
This section list all the patients records. There is navigation for add new patient page, patient detail page and delete patient.

This section allow to create or edit the patient record.

This page shows the complete detail of the patient like personl info, previous checkup history and allow to add new checkup detail.

This page allow to add new check up records. Doctor can add symptoms, diagnosis and medicine prescription.

This section allow management of finacial related activity. Hospital admin and Accountant have rights for this section. From this section payment categories, expense categories, patient invoice and hospital expenses can manage.
All payment related categories can added in this section. All these categories display in the add payment section.

All expense related categories can be added from this section. All these categories display in the expense section while making expense entry.

All the hospital related expense can managed in this section.

Patient payment related stuff managed from this section. From this section create new payment entry and generate the invoice.

This section allow to add payment as per payment category wise.

This section shows the invoice of the patient and update the status to paid and print the invoice.

This section allows to enter medicine entry which is used in the hospital. Hospital admin and Laboratorist have access of this section.

This section allow to management of bed categories, bed and allocation of bed to the patient. Hospital Admin, Doctors and Nurses have access of this section.
This section list all the beds entered to the system with assigned bed categories.

This section allows to allocate the bed to particular patient for specified time span.

This section allows to management of laboratory test and test categories. Hospital admin and Laboratorist have access this section.
This section list all the reports can be done in hospital for patients.

This section allows to make record for the patient test and result of the report.

This section used for to change the profile information of the user. User can change the password, profile picture and contact information from here.
